The snapshots cover the previous 24 hrs along with 6 preceding midnights.

Data restore process As a reseller you have access to a free SnapRestore tool which allows you to select your client’s timezone and the point you wish to restore back to. The SnapRetore tool allows you to select a single file, a database or the entire home directory.
